Job Duties

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in supporting customers and senior leadership by ensuring the delivery of high-quality services during customer visits, trade shows, air shows, product demonstrations, evaluations, and special events. This role is essential to supporting the active flying fleet through aftermarket, AOG, and spares coordination, while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational excellence.


  • Ensure the highest quality customer experience during:
    • Customer visits
    • Exhibit trade shows and air shows
    • Conferences, special events, and product demonstrations
    • Product evaluations and deliveries
  • Provide direct support to senior management and executive leadership
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and company executive management
  • Interface with customers and coordinate agendas for:
    • Exhibit participation
    • Air shows
    • Product demonstrations and evaluations
    • Special event planning
  • Manage budgets and oversee the distribution of promotional items
  • Complete all logistical requirements to support marketing, program goals, and objectives
  • Ensure adherence to:
    • Agreed project plans
    • Customer commitments
    • Budget and schedule requirements
    • Social event requirements
    • Company and customer ethics regulations and guidelines

Aftermarket & Quoting Responsibilities

  • Act as an Aftermarket Customer Service Representative using client quoting software
  • Determine production status and availability of replacement parts
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) on spare configurations
  • Make make/buy decisions related to parts and services
  • Administer and manage the full quoting process through customer delivery
  • Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and spares requirements
  • Liaise directly with client to support customer and operational requests
  • Provide critical support to the active flying fleet

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Aerospace industry experience OR a degree combined with customer service experience
  • Experience working with quoting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Our client is one of the world’s largest non-OEM designers and manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial and defense aircraft.  The company’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components. Additionally, they provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services.
