Job Duties

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and objectives, delivering effective HR solutions that support strategic goals. This role serves as a trusted advisor and liaison across multiple HR disciplines.

Partner with business leaders to resolve HR-related issues and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Provide expert guidance and support in:

  • Succession Planning
  • Talent Management
  • Labor and Employee Relations
  • Employment and Recruiting
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
  • Training and Development
  • Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and labor agreements.
  • Analyze and utilize data from surveys, market research, workforce metrics, and business plans to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to design and implement effective people strategies and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of programs that attract, retain, reward, and motivate employees.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a broad range of HR functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and labor forecasting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and labor agreements.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence business outcomes.

Facility Description

Our client is one of the world’s largest non-OEM designers and manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial and defense aircraft.  The company’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components. Additionally, they provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services.

As one of the world’s largest tier-one manufacturers and suppliers of aerostructures, they apply research and emerging technologies in designing, fabricating, assembling and integrating components and structures for premier commercial and defense aerospace programs
