Job Duties

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the site's MES system, which defines the manufacturing processes, including process flow, traceability, manufacturing instructions, and related aspects. This role contributes significantly to the design and implementation of the MES system and its integrated applications. The administrator will also provide ongoing maintenance and support for various software applications and databases integral to manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure accurate definition and tracking of manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MES systems and their integrated applications.

  • Support and maintain related software applications and databases critical to manufacturing processes.

  • Act as a liaison between users and IT to effectively resolve issues and enhance system functionality.

  • Support process automation initiatives and contribute to relevant projects.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software usage, system maintenance, and operational requirements.

Job Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related discipline.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Administrator.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and BRF+.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with professionalism and timeliness.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, and creativity.

  • Proven capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
