Job Duties

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will define comprehensive, end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture strategies, organizational constraints, and stakeholder expectations. You will collaborate closely with programs, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to develop optimized manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evaluate technical solutions to meet program objectives considering timelines, budgets, quality standards, and organizational constraints.

  • Align architecture and development roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders including Programs, IT teams, and vendors.

  • Guide and optimize the Bill of Process (BoP) to streamline manufacturing workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate operational quality.

  • Support the creation and deployment of 3D Interactive Work Instructions to enhance shop floor operations and workforce training.

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes, specializing in Composite Manufacturing and Additive Manufacturing.

  • Support the analysis, design, configuration, development, and integration of manufacturing solutions within the PLM system.

  • Provide technical leadership, expertise, and guidance on Dassault's 3DEXPERIENCE platform, emphasizing DELMIA applications.

  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities and automate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

  • Drive implementation of industry best practices and standards to achieve excellence in manufacturing operations.

  • Collaborate extensively with business partners, analysts, and internal functions to architect innovative solutions and maintain existing infrastructure.

  • Mentor and coach team members, supporting professional development and cultivating the PLM talent pipeline.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Information Technology or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience working with PLM or Digital Manufacturing systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Minimum of 3 years' practical experience with Dassault Brands, particularly ENOVIA and DELMIA, with direct experience implementing Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE solutions (version 2020x and above preferred).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturing Item Definition (MID), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), and Bill of Process (BoP).

  • Solid grasp of software development principles and lifecycle management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in generating 3D Interactive Work Instructions, NC Programming, Composite Manufacturing, and Additive Manufacturing.

  • Intermediate-level understanding of infrastructure and database systems.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to diverse, multi-level audiences.

  • Proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively within team environments.
