The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in supporting customers and senior leadership by ensuring the delivery of high-quality services during customer visits, trade shows, air shows, product demonstrations, evaluations, and special events. This role is essential to supporting the active flying fleet through aftermarket, AOG, and spares coordination, while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational excellence.
Aftermarket & Quoting Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of engineering and physical science principles, materials, and tools in a collaborative environment to develop, integrate, document and evaluate flight vehicle structure designs for performance, functional adequacy, cost effectiveness, manufacturability, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Areas of expertise may include primary and secondary structure design, payloads design, weights, and lofting.
Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements:
As a Process Engineer your responsibilities will include design, engineering, commissioning, new product introduction, testing, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical support for industrial facility systems, process equipment, machinery, and various processes for an industry-leading Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organization for gas turbine engines and components.
