·       Assist the Chief Pilot/Training Manager/Standardization Manager/ Navy Program Manager with their daily tasks and duties.

·       Responsible for maintaining and updating master data spread sheets for flight operations and as designated by the DO, Vice President, and Navy Program Manager.

·       Closely monitor operations and maintenance aircraft availability to balance assets with tasking.

·       Effectively communicate across the operations and maintenance spectrum to maintain internal continuity.

·       Effectively communicate and support external and government customers, agencies, and auditors as designated by the DO and Vice President.
