CNC Programmer & CAD Designer
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Incorporate engineering changes using Bell change‑management systems, policies, and procedures; coordinate with the Change Group and manufacturing stakeholders to implement updates smoothly.
Analyze tooling needs in Bell CAD (3DX/Dassault) and participate in tool design and evaluation to support aircraft assembly.
Provide red‑line / shop‑floor support so production orders reflect the latest releases and changes are executed on time.
Reconcile BOMs—ensure Engineering Bills of Material (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOM) align, driving accurate consumption and error resolution.
Define efficient build sequences in partnership with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering for major assemblies.
Apply assembly‑process know‑how and maintain a robust tool‑index plan; act as a responsive liaison to the factory floor.
Drive continuous improvement—root‑cause/corrective‑action, tooling upgrades, and process refinements that boost quality and throughput.
The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the site's MES system, which defines the manufacturing processes, including process flow, traceability, manufacturing instructions, and related aspects. This role contributes significantly to the design and implementation of the MES system and its integrated applications. The administrator will also provide ongoing maintenance and support for various software applications and databases integral to manufacturing operations.
