The Senior Cost Analysis Engineer will provide basic cost estimating and product cost management support to internal stakeholders including engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will conduct cost analyses and help identify cost reduction opportunities throughout the entire product life cycle from concept through development, production, and field operations. This position supports our client's Future Vertical Lift team and is based in their Ft. Worth, TX headquarters facility.

• Performing varied simple to moderate analyses of aircraft systems including preparation of parametric, analogous, and detailed bottom-up cost estimates
• Supporting design trade studies and cost reduction initiatives throughout the product life cycle
• Supporting supplier engagements with “Should Cost” analysis of aircraft systems
• Evaluating part manufacturing processes for cost out opportunities
• Establishing cost targets and reporting cost performance metrics for integrated product teams
• Evaluating costs of equivalent supplier products for best value
• Preparing Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) for proposal evaluations
• Promoting standardization of cost engineering best practices across our clients' programs

CNC Programmer & CAD Designer
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

• Create and validate production-ready data models along with associated functional and logical decomposition, ensuring complete traceability.
• Complete CNC programming tasks specific to the Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC), focusing on machining grips and yokes.
• Provide auxiliary CAD design support aligned with ROC production needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of programming activities to support effective process control.
• Analyze, interpret, and utilize engineering drawings, models, bills of materials, technical specifications, quality documentation, and departmental procedures.
• Manage multiple tasks, providing reliable cost/hour estimates and effectively direct workflow for assigned projects.
• Develop, create, and maintain tooling and fixture definitions for various manufacturing processes, including both MCAD and manual legacy designs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in GD&T and aerospace tolerance applications.
• Develop and maintain Loft MCAD models, flat patterns, and digital tooling programs.
• Generate and maintain CATIA (V6/3DX) CNC programs and associated operator instructions.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the site's MES system, which defines the manufacturing processes, including process flow, traceability, manufacturing instructions, and related aspects. This role contributes significantly to the design and implementation of the MES system and its integrated applications. The administrator will also provide ongoing maintenance and support for various software applications and databases integral to manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure accurate definition and tracking of manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MES systems and their integrated applications.

• Support and maintain related software applications and databases critical to manufacturing processes.

• Act as a liaison between users and IT to effectively resolve issues and enhance system functionality.

• Support process automation initiatives and contribute to relevant projects.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software usage, system maintenance, and operational requirements.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PI/PO and CPI with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and supporting complex integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This role will be key in enabling seamless communication between enterprise systems and ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient data flows.

• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective middleware solutions using SAP PI/PO, CPI (BTP/Integration Suite), and Axway.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SAP PI/PO and CPI interfaces, including custom adapters, mappings, and routing rules.
• Develop integration scenarios involving both SAP and third-party cloud platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Ariba, etc.
• Build B2B interfaces using EDI messages and implement microservices-based integrations.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for integration scenarios.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SAP PI/PO, CPI, and Axway integrations.
• Maintain documentation for all integration solutions, including technical specifications and operational procedures.
• Stay informed on the latest middleware technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Work closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks.
