Must have 3+ years verifiable experience operating and working in an Additive Manufacturing/Prototyping environment, preferably within AS9100
Skilled at optimizing the Additive Manufacturing/Rapid Prototyping process
Ability to repeatedly produce complex and tight tolerance components
Must be proficient in one or more of the 3D printing software programs (Simply 3D, Cura, …)
Must have knowledge of PDM, SolidWorks, CATIA, SharePoint, MS Office
Basic knowledge with 3D surface modeling
Familiarity with CNC programing, G-code
Fully support all post-processing and finishing of 3D printed parts
Executing set-up and operate on additive manufacturing printers, FDM
Generate optimized build files to produce high quality parts in minimum time with maximum consistency
Monitor builds on a varying schedule
Maintaining additive manufacturing printers
Ability to independently set up FDM builds for optimized throughput with little to no guidance
Operate, control, and optimize multiple Additive Manufacturing processes from CAD file to finished part

The Wiring Systems Engineer is responsible for: Developing system requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems to integrate aircraft systems and manage databus and power requirements
