Job Duties

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Effectively perform R&E routine work associated with heavy aircraft A, B, C and D checks.

    Detailed knowledge of aircraft avionics and electrical systems.

    Understand engineering methodology for systems installations.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    GED/ HS Degree required. Must have a minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training.

    A&P, FCC license or repairman certificate preferred.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    The environmental characteristic for this position is a warehouse setting. Candidate should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment.

    The years of experience for all of the mechanic skill sets have been lowered to a 3 year minimum of heavy jet/commercial experience. This would include Sheet Metal, A&P, R/E and Cabin mechanics.

    With this change please remember the intention is not to get less skilled mechanics.  All mechanics are expected to meet project level work and will be held to the standards of a project level mechanic. Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Written assessment test on arrival, must pass.

 

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Experience
  • Candidate must have 6 Months Experience in last 24 Months. 
  • Must provide own tooling
  • Looking for candidates with over three years of experience performing related duties. 
  • Please note, this position does require you to provide your own tools.
