Job Duties

Seeking Sheet Metal Mechanics in Macon, GA

• Will be working heavy checks as well as other projects 
• Repair, fabrication, modification, and installation of sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies.
• Sheet metal mechanic work requires knowledge of the physical properties and working characteristics of sheet metal, knowledge of tools and equipment required in the sheet metal trade, and knowledge of shop mathematics and principles 
• Will be using shop mathematics to determine curves, angles, and pitch for repairs

Job Qualifications

• Must have at least 5+ years’ Sheet Metal Repair Experience on Regional or Commercial aircraft in an MRO setting (this does NOT include manufacturing/production setting experience)
