Skill: Interior Technician
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Indianapolis IN
Aircraft: VIP
Job Description:
- Strong VIP completions experience
- Installation of cabinetry components, galleys, closets, trim, panels, carpet, etc.
- Performing work on VIP aircraft
- Install fabricated aircraft interiors.
- Interpret material specs and engineering drawings to ensure installed interiors meets the design spec, quality standards and customer expectations.
- Request material needs timely to ensure a continuous work flow.
- Follows all department safety guidelines and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Intermediate knowledge of company installation procedures, process specs, IOPS, etc.
- Other duties as assigned but not covered herein.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience (VIP required)
- must have own tools
- must be able to obtain airport badge
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
