Job Duties

• Create 2 Axis,
• 3 Axis for Aluminum and Composite Panels.
• Be proficient in either EnRoute R6 or Fusion 360 and Acad.
• Set-up and run 1-2 machines at a time.
• Accurately read blue prints and measure parts with hand tools.
• Clean and maintain the 1-2 machine that they are running.
• Take direction well and use good judgment in Programming, set-ups and general machining.

Job Qualifications

More Than 5-10 Years of experience and knowledge of:

 - CNC Programming/Machining

- Read G code

- EnRoute programming software

- Fusion 360 Flat pattern and programming

- Acad 17 or higher

- Operating and programming Multicam 3000 CNC router

- Operating and programming Multicam 5000 CNC router

- Machining of composites and Plastics

- Aluminum Fixtures and Jigs

- CNC set-up

- Extremely Detail Oriented

- Maintain a clean and safe work cell

- Read Blue Prints and work within the tolerance called out.

Pay

$30.00-$35.00
