Job Duties

1 Issues hardware, tools, and consumables using correct procedures and policies.
2 Receives and inspects tooling after each use.
3 Scan parts and stages to locations within the satellite or distribution center.
4 Perform inventory look up and track parts/tools for speedy issuance.
5 Moves parts/tools in transit bins for Drivers to distribute to end users within the hangars across the campus.
6 Monitors the shelf life of dated material to ensure serviceability and compliance with FAA guidelines.
7 Provides coverage at the satellite stockroom window and the appropriate quantity of consumables required are available
on a daily basis.
8 Receives serviceable parts from aircraft into the Flightstar inventory, using correct procedures and policies.
9 Ensures the security of the stock areas and the inventory therein are controlled as defined by company policy and practices.
10 Picks up and delivers parts on a timely and accurate basis as required, ensuring the security of the parts through the use of
correct company policies and procedures.
11 Performs tasks as necessary to assist in keeping the satellite stockroom clean, neat, and organized.
12 Lifts and carries tools and work materials, and frequently works in a variety of positions such as stooping or reaching
overhead.
13 Follows safety procedures and wears/uses appropriate safety equipment for the work being performed.
14 Ensures the DC is maintained in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
15 Follows safety procedures and ensures use of appropriate safety equipment for the work being performed.
16 Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Profile

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. 
Languages English proficiency required, Spanish language preferred 
Previous Experience Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related aircraft industry
position preferred. Prior stockroom, shipping, and/or receiving
experience a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer software application usage 
Required Skills High sense of urgency and efficiency, detail oriented, multitasking and
internal customer soft skills are necessary to perform in the position.
