Looking for a Flight Operation Specialist to perform a combination of responsibilities consisting of complex mechanical duties in all fields of specialization for the flight line, including power plant, run-in plumbing, hydraulics, rigging, and controls, and structures and surfaces on the complete airplane. Performs mechanical and operational duties for pre-flight and post-flight service and inspection and/or in preparation of customer acceptance of completed airplanes. Looking for a Avionics Technician to install and troubleshoot avionic systems wiring in aircraft in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. • Project Management; accurately estimates work time and materials for assigned tasks.
• Fully analyzes all required blueprints, drawings, work orders and sketches to troubleshoot, repair and install desired product or part. Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels.
• Ensures proper working condition of mechanical systems before flight.
• Maintains records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and any reports related to parts or services.
• Consults maintenance manuals and specifications to identify correct operations and specifications for replacements or repairs.
• Installs new parts to replace or repair defective or recalled parts or to enhance the performance of the aircraft; performs these tasks efficiently and to specifications. 
• Repairs sheet metal as needed.
• Ensures proper function of engines and operating systems via a variety of tests and tools. 
• Identifies and resolves mechanical problems based on visual inspections or reports from pilot or crew. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Airframe and Powerplant certification by the FAA required
• 0-3 years of general work experience.
• Possesses a basic understanding of general aspects of the job, knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions.
• Working knowledge of all current FAA regulations, IPM and ATA codes.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Ongoing employment requires participating and complying with the Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program which includes random testing.

Preferred education and experience

• It's preferred that you have at least three years of experience with corporate jets or show that you have the knowledge and skills needed to do the job.
• Corridor experience preferred.

Job Duties

The A&P Technician troubleshoots, repairs, inspect sand performs maintenance on Customer aircraft. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.

• own Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of tools
• must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
• have the ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
• have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
• have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable)
• have basic PC skills

Preferred Qualifications

• have experience on corporate jet aircraft / commercial aircraft
• have Bombardier aircraft model experience
• have demonstrated the ability to train other employees
