Job Duties

Level A

  • 1. MVP certification required.
  • 2. Possess the skills/knowledge to perform in one or more of the following classifications: Metals Mechanic Process Mechanic Machine Mechanic Tooling Technician
  • 3. Ability to use multiple Coordinate Measuring Systems for inspectionfunction
  • 4. Experience working with Quality Management System Policies andProcedures
  • 5. Working knowledge of Company Policies, Procedures and Specifications
  • 6. Overall working knowledge of production processes
  • 7. Assist in training as applicable to job roles
  • 8. Ability to investigate and document Root Cause analysis and Corrective action (non-disciplinary)
  • 9. Determine and submit test and investigation statements
  • 10. Perform process and hardware audits and surveillances
  • 11. Perform all functions associated with Level B requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relatable experience
  • CMM experience is a MUST, and should be visible on the resume. 
  • GD&T experience is great, but not required. (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance)
  • Local to the Area STRONGLY preferred.  If not, Pay and Per diem only, for those who qualify.
