Sheetmetal Technician (preferably with some experence in Composites as well) with 145 repair station experience.
Employee will receive damaged part and evaluate to determine what repairs need to be done, they will note what job needs to be completed and what tools will be required to compete the task. Need someone who can think through the process of the repair and to be detailed.
They will be working with the bonding of metal, they do mostly repair work in their shop. Will be doing repairs out of manuals, need to be able to look at the process and figure out the best way to get it done. Looking for a person who is going to be able to craft the repair, figure out the best plan to get it done, and then execute without having all of that laid out for him by someone else.
