Bio
I started working for the Strom family as a Field Site Manager in April of 2012. This is my first and only aviation experience and I love it! Strom is a great company to work for. I was born and raised in Lake City FL. The great thing about Lake City is you are only 30 -60 minutes away from springs and rivers, or an 1 ½ hours to the beach. The loves of my life are my grown son Tristan, and my 2 Labrador Retrievers Carlie and Bear who are brother and sister. Outdoors is where I prefer being, whether I'm doing yard work, on the river fishing or at a football game. I'm a huge football fan with the Georgia Bulldog's being my team. I have been part of a women's and co-ed softball team for the past 5 years.

Attached you will find site specific reporting instructions pertaining to your first day, as well as other important information regarding your upcoming employment with Strom Aviation at Haeco Lake City.
- Haeco Lake City Site Specific paperwork includes the reporting instructions and other information regarding your employment i.e., the Tool Lists (please note the list that pertains specifically to your job function and disregard the other tool lists as they do not apply to you and you do not have to sign those).
- Please be sure to bring your Driver’s License and A&P License (if applicable)
- Please be sure to bring your original documentation for your I-9, whether it be a Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, Passport Card, Permanent resident card, etc., a document is attached for you to review regarding proper original identification.
Haeco requires that you wear a Strom company t-shirt as your uniform. If you have some from the past please wear them. You may also purchase them when starting and it would be payroll deducted. However, if you are new to Strom Aviation we will provide you with a couple to get you started.
Haeco also mandates that we verify the last 5 years of employment. I may need your assistance in this area so please bring with you any documentation such as W-2s of paystubs to help to verify your employment.
