Job Duties

We are seeking an experienced VIP Interior / Composite Technician for an S-92 helicopter completion project in Middletown, Delaware. This role is focused on fabricating, trimming, fitting, and installing composite interior panels and VIP cabin components to support a high-quality aircraft completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and trim composite panels for VIP helicopter interior applications.
• Fit, modify, and install VIP interior components in accordance with project requirements.
• Perform detailed interior fit-out work on an S-92 helicopter completion.
• Work with composite materials, panels, and interior structures to achieve proper fit, finish, and alignment.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements as applicable.
• Identify fitment issues and make necessary adjustments while maintaining workmanship standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support the completion team in meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience fabricating and trimming composite panels.
• Experience fitting out and installing VIP aircraft interiors.
• Strong hands-on skills with composite materials and interior installation work.
• Ability to perform precise trimming, fitting, and finishing work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a completion team.
