Job Duties

• Perform process activities including, e.g., painting, metal etching, metal polishing of aircraft details, heat treating, engraving, shot peening, sand blasting, wire assembling/fabrication, decal/metals and metal processing, etc. to support the production requirements.
• Qualified to set-up and test electrical/mechanical/ hydraulic/pneumatic assemblies and components.
• Spray and brush priming.
• Perform hand finishing operations typical of the following: blending of multiple adjacent MDD surfaces into engineering tolerances and/or perform transition work to bring detail parts in accordance with engineering tolerances

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be open to work any shift.
• Candidate will need to pass a respirator test.
• Must have Painter experience in aerospace.
• 3+ Years of Experience

Facility Description

Kinston, North Carolina manufacturing and assembly facility supporting commercial aerospace programs. The site focuses on aerostructure production, subassembly, and final assembly operations, including advanced composites and precision fabrication. The facility supports high-quality, repeatable output through structured production workflows, integrated quality systems, and close coordination with supply chain and engineering teams.
