Job Duties

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of corporate jet aircraft.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company standards.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to maintain airworthiness and reliability of the fleet.
• Perform scheduled inspections (A, B, C checks), system diagnostics, engine runs, and component replacements.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, discrepancies, and corrective actions in aircraft logs and records.
• Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance management, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
• Provide on-call support as needed for AOG situations or rapid turnarounds.

Job Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• 3+ years of corporate/business jet maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with Learjet, Gulfstream, Falcon, Bombardier, or similar aircraft highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 91 and 135).
• Ability to interpret technical data, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with safety-sensitive duties under FAA guidelines.
