Job Duties

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on general aviation aircraft, including piston and turboprop models.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct airframe and powerplant system diagnostics, including engine runs, rigging, leak checks, and component testing.
• Remove and replace aircraft components such as engines, landing gear, flight controls, and avionics as required.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, spark plug replacements, compression checks, and AD compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, logs, and documentation per FAA and company requirements.
• Support return-to-service activities and work closely with inspection teams to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and quality control protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a general aviation maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of piston and turboprop aircraft (e.g., Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft).
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, and technical data.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations (Part 145).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
