Job Duties

We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler / Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience with knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics. SAP experience is a plus. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, processing shipments, and maintaining warehouse efficiency while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.

• Utilize warehouse management systems and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process inbound shipments, including unloading, counting, weighing, and verifying inventory.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to categorize returned materials for restocking, refurbishment, cleaning, or disposal.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Assist in assembling Build Lists and Kits for customer inventory and production needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly handling, storing, and tracking materials.
• Communicate effectively with site management regarding workflow, inventory discrepancies, and operational updates.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets for inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, and receiving environment.
• Experience with inbound and outbound logistics in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be flexible with work shifts, including weekends when required.
