Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex avionics and electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment.
Install, modify, and upgrade avionics components including navigation, communication, flight control, and cabin entertainment systems.
Conduct functional and operational tests on avionics systems to ensure airworthiness and compliance with OEM and FAA standards.
Inspect aircraft wiring and harnesses for wear, corrosion, or damage, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Document all work performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures, maintaining accurate and timely maintenance records.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure safe, efficient aircraft operation.
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks as assigned, including scheduled inspections and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support when needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Stay current with technical data and regulatory updates, including service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and STCs (Supplemental Type Certificates).
